A pickup plan that fits your day
Call with your vehicle information and pickup address, and tell us when you need the car removed. We check availability and discuss a pickup window before you make plans around it. Same-day service depends on the truck schedule, location and vehicle access. A car that is easy to reach in a driveway may require different planning from one in a narrow garage or behind a locked gate. Tell us about those details on the first call so the visit can be arranged properly.
Cash on the spot means payment at pickup
You should understand the offer before handing over your vehicle. At collection, we check the car’s details and your authority to sell it, then complete the required documents. We pay cash on the spot when the purchase is completed. If information about the car changes the evaluation, discuss the amount before accepting a revised offer. You can ask about the payment and paperwork during the quote call so you know what to expect when the driver arrives.
The car does not have to run
We buy vehicles with dead batteries, engine damage, transmission issues and accident damage. A car being unable to start does not prevent you from requesting pickup. Tell us whether it rolls, steers and has all its wheels. Also mention blocked access or any obstacle around the vehicle. These practical details help us plan the removal and avoid unnecessary delays. Free towing is included for every vehicle we purchase within our service area.
Get ready before the truck arrives
Take your personal items out of the cabin, trunk and storage compartments. Have your ID, keys if available and vehicle ownership documents ready, and confirm who will be present to complete the sale. Make sure gates can be opened and the vehicle can be reached at the agreed time. If you need to change the location or schedule, call us before pickup. After payment and the required paperwork, we load the vehicle and remove it from the agreed location.
