Location and access also matter when arranging pickup. Our advertised $400–$4,000 range is not a promise that every vehicle receives the same amount. Tell us about engine trouble, collision damage or anything that has changed since the car last ran. Accurate details reduce surprises when the driver arrives.
Have these details ready when you call
A model year and vehicle description are a good starting point. Have your pickup ZIP code, title or other ownership information nearby if available. You can explain the condition in everyday language; you do not need a mechanic’s diagnosis. Mention flat tires, missing wheels, a locked garage or a car parked behind another vehicle. If you are unsure about something, say so. We can explain which details we still need before confirming the offer and scheduling a truck.
From your quote to cash at pickup
If you accept the offer, we arrange a pickup time and confirm the location. Same-day pickup may be available, depending on your address and the schedule. At pickup, the vehicle and ownership information are checked and the required paperwork is completed. You get paid cash on the spot, and we tow away the vehicle we purchase for free. If the car’s actual condition differs from the information supplied, discuss any revised offer before agreeing to the sale.
